The Town Team Convergence 2022 was held on 15 October 2022 and was co-hosted by local Town Teams in the City of Melville. Thank you to the event sponsors – City of Melville, RAC and the Road Safety Commission.
The Convergence featured interactive activities, including:
- Learning how to make our own street furniture and parklets
- Installing a temporary pavement mural
- Creating our own moveable sign made out of giant cardboard letters
- Working with local governments
- Tips and tricks on how to attract volunteers
- How to promote your town team on social media
- How to get grant funding
